Treasure Hunt In The Park Hotel Bremen
Wilhelm Wehrmann is not only managing director of the Park Hotel Bremen but also a renowned wine connoisseur. Together with wine guru René Gabriel (author of "Bordeaux total"), he has drawn up a unique concept for wine and fine food:
- a new three-part wine cellar with whites, reds and champagnes together with a separate Sauternes cellar
- a walk-in day cellar for Sauternes within the restaurant
- a special Sauternes wine list with more than 150 different items
A separate Sauternes wine list offers our guests more than 150 items stored within the vaults of our hotel and the walk-in day cellar of the restaurant. This bitter-sweet wine is based on the Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes and comes from the world´s most famous region for sweet wines. The spectrum ranges from Chateau Tuyttens to 1949 Chateau d´Yquem. Several premier grand cru vintages are served by the glass and a number of imperials containing six litres are available for that special occasion. Special à la carte dishes and a Sauternes dégustation menu complete the offer.
